levies and financial reportingChairing and attending AGMs, committee meetings and owner meetingsOverseeing building maintenance, compliance and capital worksLiaising with internal administration, compliance and accounts teamsProviding high-level advice and solutions to clientsDelivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client satisfactionIdentifying opportunities for portfolio growth and additional servicesAbout YouWe're looking for an experienced Owners Corporation qualified who is comfortable operating at a senior level and managing substantial or complex schemes.You'll ideally bring:Proven experience managing large, high-end or complex Owners Corporation portfoliosStrong knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act **** (VIC)and relevant legislationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilityConfidence chairing meetings and managing challenging situationsA proactive and solutions-focused approachThe ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a supportive teamA genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of the businessWhy Make the Move?
