The current roster is 8/6 days with 12-hour shifts.
We encourage conversations about flexible work options.About the roleReporting to the Site Services Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the Facilities team by delivering high-quality electrician services vital to the Ernest Henry Mining operation.ResponsibilitiesConduct routine and preventative electrical maintenance on village infrastructure including accommodation rooms, kitchen, laundries,



water and sewer plants and distribution boardsPerform inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standardsTroubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipmentMaintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and asset conditionCollaborating with other trades for coordinated maintenance effortsEnsuring compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulationsContributing to a clean, safe, and productive work environmentSupporting emergency response activities (manual driver's licence required)About youYou will hold relevant qualifications, a QLD electrical licence, current CPR/LVR and a manual driver's licence.
Additional certifications are highly regarded, including tickets such as Forklift, EWP, Confined Space, and Working at Heights.
You should have experience in your trade, preferably in remote or mining environments, and experience maintaining laundry and commercial kitchen equipment is advantageous.
