The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.ResponsibilitiesManage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer serviceDevelop and maintain relationships with customers and coffee bean suppliers.Create and maintain a welcoming and clean coffee shop environmentManage inventory and ordering of coffee and suppliesDevelop and implement new coffee recipes and menu itemsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerMaintain equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaningImplement quality control measures for coffee preparation and service.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Head Barista or in a senior coffee-making role.Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniquesStrong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organizationAbility to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysCertification in Advanced Barista Skills or equivalent.
