You will sit at the centre of the team's regulatory, assurance and reporting work, turning complex obligations into clear and practical insight for the business and the board.Prepare and support ASIC reporting, and help the business understand what the requirements mean in practiceSynthesise information from across the business into clear insight and reporting for senior stakeholdersSupport licensing, obligations management, assurance and advisory projectsWork with the data and insights capability in the team, understanding how data comes together,



including IDR and EDR reportingContribute to a team that is looking to leverage AI and analytics to lift the quality of risk reportingPartner with colleagues across assurance, internal audit, AML and fraud, and collections quality assuranceYouHands on ASIC reporting experience, with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements in a commercial setting and not just in theoryA valuable working knowledge of the Australian regulatory landscape for lending and credit, including collections and hardshipA background in risk, compliance, assurance, advisory or internal audit within financial servicesComfortable working with data, reporting tools and metrics, and confident presenting insights clearlyAble to thrive in an environment with a high level of change, and to bring a practical, solutions focused approachStrong communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
