ideally in a hospital ward or surgical settingCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted licenceStrong clinical assessment and communication skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to ward protocolsCommitment to patient safety and evidence-based nursing practicePreferred QualificationsBachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification recognised by AHPRACurrent First Aid and CPR certificationPost-graduate qualification or experience in surgical or acute care nursing
