AMICA Events is seeking an experienced and passionate Floral Manager to lead and grow the Floral Department from the Epping location.
This is a full-time, hands-on management role suited to an experienced floral professional who combines robust creative and practical floral skills with leadership, organisation and commercial awareness.
As Floral Manager, you will take ownership of the floral department and oversee projects from the initial client brief through to production and successful event delivery.
You will lead and develop the floral team, manage production schedules and resources, oversee purchasing and stock, and ensure every project is delivered to AMICA Events' quality standards, on time and within budget.
You will also work closely with Sales and Operations teams, participate in client consultations, interpret floral briefs and develop creative yet commercially viable floral solutions.
The role will have active involvement in identifying upselling opportunities, developing new floral products and packages, researching trends and helping grow the floral offering within AMICA Events.Key responsibilitiesLeading,
