Assistant Buyers Agent

As the Assistant to a lead Buyer's Agent, you will work closely together, representing clients purchasing premium homes and apartments across Sydney’s North Shore. From sourcing off-market properties to research, due diligence and negotiations, you will gain first-hand experience in prestige property acquisitions while developing the skills to manage your own clients.
Build trusted relationships with residential sales agents
Source off-market properties matching client requirements
Inspect and assess premium residential properties
Conduct pricing research and detailed due diligence
Assist with negotiations and property acquisitions
Liaise with clients, solicitors, brokers and agents

Experience required
Previous residential real estate experience essential
Sound understanding of residential property sales
NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
Immaculate presentation and confident, skilled communication
Reliable car, driver's license and Saturday availability
