Mount Gravatt Community Centre Inc. is seeking an Aged Care Coordinator to lead our Support Worker team, coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure service quality.

You will supervise staff, provide direction, and support onboarding, training and development within a team-oriented aged care setting. Reporting to the Services Aged Care Manager, you will work closely with nurses, schedulers and management to maintain service coverage, safety and compliance while fostering a positive team culture
