Collectively Clean is a locally owned Brisbane cleaning business. Najla started it because she saw two problems: busy families who needed help they could trust, and good cleaners who were treated as disposable. She built a business that fixes both. Our promise to clients is straightforward: we’re “one less thing to carry”. We can only keep that promise because of our cleaners, so we look after them.

About the role

You'll clean homes and businesses across Brisbane, mostly working on your own. You'll drive between client sites in your own car, follow our checklists so every clean meets the same high standard, and clock in and out using the Deputy app on your phone. You're paid Award rates, you get a car allowance, and someone has your back when something goes wrong.
