EXPERIENCED CLEANER REQUIRED - PERMANENT PART TIME POSITION

Gold Coast | Above-Award Wages | 18 Hours Per Week

Rivage Royale is seeking an experienced, energetic and reliable cleaner to join our friendly team at a prestigious residential building on the Gold Coast.

This is a busy, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being active, works efficiently and takes pride in maintaining high presentation standards.

The position offers:
18 hours per week, plus 3 hours per day every third weekend
Permanent part time employment
Above-award wages
Annual leave, personal leave and superannuation
A friendly, supportive working environment

Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and maintaining common areas, foyers and residential floor lobbies
Cleaning bathrooms, glass and other shared facilities
Vacuuming, mopping and general cleaning duties
Following a structured daily cleaning schedule
Maintaining consistently high standards throughout the building

The successful applicant must:




Have previous commercial cleaning experience
Be physically fit and comfortable performing active cleaning duties
Work efficiently and independently to complete allocated tasks within required timeframes
Demonstrate excellent time management and attention to detail
Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
Have a friendly and qualified manner when interacting with residents
Be available to work every third weekend
