About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking baker to join our team. The role involves early morning starts, producing high-quality products and maintaining consistency across all stores.

Key responsibilities
Early morning starts – Punctual, reliable and ready to meet daily production deadlines.
Dough preparation – Mixing, preparing, proofing and handling dough to company standards.
Production & frying – Maintaining consistent quality, cooking times and product presentation.
Filling & decorating – Ensuring all doughnuts meet company recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
Production targets – Following daily production sheets and ensuring all store orders are completed accurately and on time.
Quality control – Maintaining freshness, consistency and high product standards.




Stock management – Monitoring ingredients, rotating stock and minimising waste.
Food safety & cleanliness – Maintaining a clean, secure and organised production setting.
Teamwork – Communicating effectively, supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive attitude.

About you
Reliable and punctual, with a robust work ethic.
Comfortable with early morning starts.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Previous baking experience preferred.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.
