We are seeking an experienced, driven and highly motivated Sales Representative with a proven ability to generate new business, develop opportunities and convert prospects into customers.

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell — someone who is confident picking up the phone, approaching prospective customers, identifying new markets and actively pursuing opportunities rather than waiting for business to come to them.

The successful applicant will be a genuine business development and sales professional who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact through to negotiation, follow-up and closing the sale.

What we’re looking for
Demonstrated experience in sales and business development
Proven ability to generate new leads and win new business
Strong cold-calling and prospecting experience
Confidence approaching prospective customers and businesses
Ability to identify current markets and sales opportunities
Solid negotiation and closing skills




Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Persistent and confident with follow-up
Self-motivated and able to work independently
A genuine drive to achieve results and exceed sales targets
Willingness to go the extra mile to secure business
Skilled, reliable and punctual
HR truck licence highly regarded
Must be available to travel interstate for trade shows and expos as required, which may involve being away from home for several days
Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends when attending trade shows and expos

We are looking for someone who doesn’t need to be shown how to sell.

Product and industry knowledge can be taught — strong sales ability, initiative and the drive to pursue new business are essential.
