Harry's Bar is looking for a professional, motivated and reliable Chef to join our growing kitchen team in the heart of Adelaide's CBD.

What We Offer
30–40 hours per week, with excellent remuneration and conditions.
Predominantly Monday to Friday hours, with minimal late nights and weekend work.
No public holiday work required.

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and can maintain high standards in a busy kitchen environment. The successful applicant will have:
A minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
A strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.
A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to adapt and take on feedback.




The ability to guide, mentor and work effectively alongside kitchen support staff.
A thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and presenting quality meals to a consistently high standard.
Maintaining an organised, clean and secure kitchen in accordance with food safety and council regulations.
Completing kitchen setup and pack-down before and after service.
Supporting and supervising kitchen hands where required.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Undertaking other reasonable kitchen duties as directed by management.
