About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to oversee kitchen operations and help deliver exceptional dining experiences at Jurien Bay Beach Café. This is a full‑time position based in Jurien Bay, WA.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support the kitchen team, including planning, coordinating, and supervising all food preparation
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic kitchen setting in line with all regulations
Work collaboratively within a small, close‑knit restaurant team
Assist with ordering and stock control
Contribute across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner services
Communicate effectively with FOH staff to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Chef
Robust culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative, flavoursome dishes
Confident leadership and people‑management abilities
Excellent time‑management and organisational skills




Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Availability for weekends, public holidays, day and evening shifts
Relevant culinary qualifications
Valid working rights in Australia

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
