Experience: 10–12+ years

Requisites:
Proven experience using GitHub Copilot and AI tools to accelerate software development and testing .
Ability to apply prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding techniques in real-world projects.
Experience using AI tools to improve test case generation, automation and code quality.
Mentor developers and testers on effective AI adoption and best practices within the squad.
Robust technical leadership, code review and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot and microservices.
