ServiceNow Developer - NV2/TSPV Cleared | Secure ICT Workplace

We are seeking 2 experienced ServiceNow Developers to support opportunities within a secure ICT environment in Canberra. These roles are ideal for hands‑on developers with robust ServiceNow configuration, customisation, integration and workflow automation experience who can deliver reliable solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Location: Canberra, ACT

Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this setting, candidates are required to have an NV2 or TSPV or TSPA clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. Essential Tasks
Develop,



configure and customise ServiceNow solutions to support business requirements
Build and enhance workflows and automation across the ServiceNow platform
Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
Troubleshoot, maintain and improve existing ServiceNow applications and functionality

Key Criteria
Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow customisation and workflow automation
Experience developing or supporting ServiceNow integrations
Existing OSA or willingness and suitability to undertake the assessment
