Administration Officer | $75K + Super | Perth CBD

$75,000 + super | Perth CBD | Full-time We are looking for an organised, confident and customer-focused Administration professional to join our growing solar team in our Perth CBD office.

This is a key role within our business, supporting customers from the point of sale through to installation and making sure everything is organised, communicated and followed up along the way.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the pre-installation process, providing customer support and coordinating information between customers and the relevant internal departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing all pre-installation administration and processes
Contacting customers and keeping them updated throughout the process
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails
Handling incoming customer support enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department
Following up outstanding information, documentation and requirements
Liaising with customers, sales representatives and internal teams
Updating customer records and internal systems
Identifying and resolving issues or escalating them to the relevant team




Ensuring customers receive transparent and timely communication
General sales and office administration as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email
Professional, friendly and customer-focused
Reliable and proactive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Robust with administration and attention to detail
Confident using computers and CRM systems
Able to follow processes while also using initiative to solve problems
Previous administration, customer service or solar industry experience is highly regarded
