We’re looking for an organised, enthusiastic team player who takes initiative and wants a genuine foot in the door of the legal industry. No legal experience is needed. We’ll teach you.

What you’ll do
Provide reception relief, greeting clients and answering calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying and filing
Support our lawyers and legal staff with day-to-day tasks
Help prepare briefs and other documents




File court documents and run errands to court and other offices
Keep the office, kitchen and meeting rooms running smoothly

What we’re looking for
A real interest in law and the legal sector
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Solid attention to detail and good organisational skills
Explicit, friendly communication, in person and on the phone
Qualified presentation and a high level of discretion with client information
