Pivac Engineering is a locally owned fabrication business supplying structural steel to the construction industry and is located in Bibra Lake.

We require the services of a suitably experienced person with sound bookkeeping & admin skills to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Bookkeeping, BAS, Payroll, EOM Accounts, Bank Reconciliations.
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience in Australia.
Experience with Reckon Hosted accounting system.
Office administration tasks.
Sound computer literacy & accurate data entry.
Accounts Receivable & Invoicing.
Accounts Payable.
Pleasant phone manner.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & cloud based accounting.
Knowledge of Retentions & Bank Guarantees is preferred but not essential.
Long Term Stability.

This is a 5 day - 30 hour a week, in- house permanent part time position where the successful applicant will be able to negotiate working hours to suit.
