Who you are
You are an experienced Australian systems specialist with at least three years of experience and a solid understanding of workforce management, payroll processes, compliance obligations and the real-world impact of payroll accuracy.
You take pride in delivering accurate, timely outcomes, and you are detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture and approaching broader problem-solving conversations.
Your experience may come from system implementation and/or payroll BAU, consulting or a broader HR background with deep payroll exposure.
You may have supported system implementations, testing, data validation or go-live activities.
What matters most is solid payroll capability, sound professional judgement and a genuine focus on Customer outcomes.
