We're partnering with a well-established organisation delivering large-scale built environment projects and looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the successful delivery of procurement packages from planning through to site delivery.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in procurement, project coordination, construction products, manufacturing, or the wider construction industry who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and project stages.The RoleWorking closely with project teams and suppliers, you'll help coordinate procurement activities, monitor package progress, manage documentation, and ensure key project milestones are achieved.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating procurement packages from planning through to deliveryReviewing drawings, specifications, schedules,



and project informationPreparing procurement documentation and RFQsLiaising with internal teams and external suppliersTracking production and delivery milestonesManaging samples, approvals, and technical documentationMonitoring risks, timelines, and project requirementsMaintaining accurate records and procurement schedulesSupporting project teams to ensure successful outcomesAbout YouExperience in procurement, project coordination, construction, manufacturing, or architectureAbility to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specificationsFluent Mandarin and English language skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and stakeholdersStrong organisational and communication skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environmentA proactive, solutions-focused approachWhat's On OfferWork on diverse and complex projectsSupportive and collaborative team environmentExposure to large-scale project deliveryCareer development and progression opportunitiesCompetitive salary package
