Taking Shape is seeking an energetic CRM & Loyalty Specialist to build and deploy targeted email and SMS campaigns that grow customer loyalty.
You'll report to the CRM & Loyalty Manager and help coordinate personalised communications across channels to keep customers engaged.Responsibilities include scheduling campaigns, analysing performance, and contributing to audience segmentation.
A background in fashion retail CRM, and a bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred; solid data
