Factory-Based Work: 100% workshop-based assembly and fabrication.Long-Term Job Security: Full-time, permanent position.What the Job InvolvesReading and interpreting shop drawings and cutting lists accurately.Operating workshop machinery (panel saws, edgebanders, and standard woodworking machinery safely).
Assembling furniture units,



custom cabinetry and joinery from start to finish.Inspecting your own work to maintain flush joins, perfect alignments, and high-quality edge finishes.Working autonomously on dedicated builds while coordinating with a collaborative workshop team.What We're Looking ForTrade Background: At least 3-Year Cabinet Making / Joinery experienceDrawing Literacy: Ability to work directly from detailed technical plans with minimal supervision.Machine Competency: Confident, secure handling of panel saws, edgebanders, and stationary workshop machinery.Reliability: Punctual, honest, and looking for a steady, long-term team fit.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
