Payroll Specialist – 12-Month Contract$90,000 – $100,000 + Super | Hybrid | Hills DistrictTake ownership of Australian payroll and make a real impact locally.An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll Specialist to take ownership of Australian payroll within a global organisation.Ensure accurate end-to-end processing of fortnightly payrolls.Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, systems, and databases.Ensure compliance with legislation and MHCG Policies, and Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
Provide high level of customer service when addressing employee payroll queries.Processing recent hires, transfers and terminationsAssist with maintenance of the payroll system.Prepare and process termination payments,



workers' compensation payments.Prepare and process fortnightly and monthly reports.Perform ad hoc payroll tasks and respond to related queriesQualification in Payroll, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum of three years' experience in a similar rolePrevious experience in Health or Aged Care is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership of your work.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office Suite, including Excel.Must have full working rights in Australia.Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)As a MHCG (Moran Health Care Group) employee, benefits you will be able to take advantage of:Employee financial wellbeing programs.Training and development opportunities.Hybrid work options available.
