Our client is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading infrastructure and road services providers, delivering major transport, civil construction, and road maintenance projects.What you will be doing:Assisting asphalt crews with road construction and maintenance projectsRaking, levelling, and shovelling asphalt during paving operationsSupporting plant operators and working alongside experienced asphalt crewsPerforming general labouring and site housekeeping dutiesAssisting with traffic control and maintaining safe work zonesLoading, unloading, and handling tools, equipment, and materialsFollowing site safety procedures and contributing to a positive team environmentWhat you will need:Previous experience in asphalt, civil, or road construction (highly regarded)Construction White Card (essential)Current HR Driver's Licence (advantageous)Relevant plant tickets such as Roller, Skid Steer,



or similar (advantageous)Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditionsReliable transport and willingness to travel across the ACT and South Coast regionWhat's in it for you?
