Accounts Payable Officer | Temporary Contract | Immediate Start
Charterhouse is partnering with a well-regarded organisation to find an Accounts Payable Officer to support their team through a period of transition.
About the role
This is a full time temporary position, initially fully site-based, with scope for some hybrid working once training and onboarding are complete.
What you’ll be doing
Processing invoices and managing the end-to-end AP cycle
Completing reconciliations and three-way matching
Resolving supplier queries
Preparing and running payment runs
What you’ll bring
Solid end-to-end AP experience
Exposure to ERP systems (advantageous)
Experience in a high-volume setting (advantageous)
Availability to start at short notice and a commitment to a temporary contract
