Relevant tertiary qualifications in computing, spatial technologies, information technology, or equivalent experience working within the spatial information technology industry.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial software engineering, developing and implementing internet and client/ server applications utilizing spatial technologies.
Minimum 5 years’ experience must in a range of information technologies and programming languages including Javascript (ESRI JSAPI/Open Layers/Leaflet/Mapbox/React), Java, Python, XML, HTML, and Esri ArcGIS Server
Extensive knowledge and experience in relational database management systems (e.g. Postgres/Oracle/SQL server), SQL, object-oriented software design, and service-oriented architecture
Experience with AWS Cloud technologies (e.g. Lamba functions)
Competent with development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure Devops, Jira, Confluence
Experience with deployment automation to support CI/CD delivery
