Impact Care Solutions is recruiting Therapeutic Care / Youth Workers for residential OOHC programs in Current South Wales. Roles include full time, part-time, and casual positions offering flexible rostering and trauma-informed, strengths-based support to young people with complex needs.

You will work within a therapeutic care team, building protected relationships and fostering life skills while adhering to safety and documentation requirements. A commitment to CALD and diverse backgrounds is valued.
