About us

Viewix is a Sydney video production agency creating content for everyone from enterprise corporates to start-ups and growing businesses. We’re a tight-knit team of 16, where account managers work side by side with our creatives every day.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing clients across a range of industries
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through current video projects
Collaborate with producers and creatives to deliver on client objectives
Attend shoots and support the creative team as required

About You
Experience in client relationship management, customer service or sales
Robust attention to detail and intuitive problem solving skills




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, proactive and eager to learn
Prior industry experience is not required; full training will be provided
Able to work onsite at our Dulwich Hill studio full time
