The Waterside Hotel is a six-level hospitality destination in the heart of Melbourne CBD. From after work knockoffs and long lunches to special dinners, celebrations, late nights and events, there is always something happening.

We are looking for Bartenders who know their way around a bar, can pour a decent beer, shake a few tins and keep their cool when the bar is six deep.

Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or hospitality workplace
Valid RSA and DoFoodSafely certificates
Adaptable availability across a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
