Copper Bean Cafe in the Mandurah Forum is looking for an experienced barista to join our fast-paced, friendly team. This role is ideal for someone confident on the machine, excellent with customers, and able to stay organised under pressure.

What you’ll be doing:
Making consistently outstanding coffee during busy rushes
Running the coffee machine independently and confidently
Managing multiple orders while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality
Delivering warm, friendly customer service, even when it’s hectic
Keeping your station clean and helping the café run smoothly during busy periods

What we’re looking for:
Proven barista experience in a busy café
Strong coffee skills and attention to detail




Excellent customer service and communication
The ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage competing orders during peak times
Leadership qualities and confidence training others
Someone highly reliable and punctual, who takes pride in their work and supports the team
Able to open and close the cafe
Availability on weekdays and weekends
