Store Manager Brookfield Place Sydney 15 Month Contract

Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision and inventory management.
Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
Monitor and analyse sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and qualified manner.
Prepare reports on sales, stock levels,



and team performance for senior management.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or business is an advantage.
Previous experience in a retail workplace is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management software.
