Key Responsibilities
Prepare and lodge GST, BAS and Fringe Perks Tax (FBT) returns.
Provide financial accounting and taxation support to internal stakeholders.
Ensure accounts payable and accounts receivable processes comply with relevant taxation requirements.
Complete month-end and year-end reconciliations and reporting activities.
Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory reports.
Support financial analysis, reporting and compliance obligations.
Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Deliver high-quality customer service and build positive stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with financial governance, legislative and organisational requirements.
Contribute to a collaborative team setting and support ad hoc accounting projects as required.

About You




Experience in financial accounting, taxation and reconciliation activities.
Working knowledge of GST, BAS, FBT and relevant taxation legislation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret accounting standards and financial governance requirements.
Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Accounting qualification or progress towards one will be highly regarded.
