ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies andorganisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. Weprovide vital workplace support for people working in some of the mostisolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold minesin the Australian Outback.

The Position – Cleaning Supervisor

Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning operations across our village accommodation:
Deliver pre-start meetings and facilitate training sessions with a team of 12+ staff
Manage workforce planning, including; planning cleaning runs, task allocation and contingency planning
Conduct quality inspections to maintain high service standards
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of cleaning supplies

Ensuring full compliance with Site Safety Protocols inline with both Company and Client Safety Standards, as well as communicating effectively with site management and address client needs promptly.

The Person
Experience in mining, or large-scale commercial cleaning and housekeeping
Excellentcommunication and skilled presentation
Proven leadership, effective decision‑making, strong organisational skills, and high attention to detail, along with working to deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
