Primary purpose of position The Apprentice Boilermaker will assist in the installation, maintenance and repair of the Port of Townsville’s infrastructure, plant and equipment under the guidance and supervision of a qualified Boilermaker whilst undertaking a Trade Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication (Sheetmetal/Boilermaking). This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop skills and knowledge in the Engineering Fabrication trade while working towards completing their apprenticeship program and gaining the necessary qualifications.
Salary will be paid in accordance with the relevant apprenticeship wage rates under the applicable award, plus superannuation.
