Scotford Fennessy Recruitment seeks an experienced People & Culture Advisor for a 12 month parental leave contract. You will work closely with operational leaders, delivering practical P&C; support across the employee lifecycle and ensuring fair processes in line with legislation and policies.

Ideal candidates will have generalist HR/ER experience in manufacturing or operational settings, tertiary HR qualifications, and solid knowledge of Awards and Australian employment law.
