Bar Staff –

Avocado Lounge | Brighton-Le-Sands

We are looking for energetic, reliable and hardworking Bar Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Preparing protein shakes, smoothies, refreshers, juices and other specialty drinks.
Fruit Preparation: Washing, cutting and preparing fresh fruits for beverages and food items.
Purees & Ingredients: Preparing fresh fruit purees, syrups and other ingredients.
Food Presentation: Preparing and presenting fruit platters, açai bowls and other bar menu items.
Bar Operations: Working efficiently behind the bar to ensure orders are prepared quickly and consistently.
Stock Management: Restocking ingredients, rotating stock and monitoring freshness.
Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic bar area, including equipment and workstations.
Teamwork: Supporting the bar and floor teams during busy service periods.

Requirements
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and presentation.




Valuable hygiene and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and follow recipes.
Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred but not essential.

Growth Prospect: Prospect to develop beverage preparation skills, learn additional bar stations and progress within the bar team. Pay: $26.44 – $45.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week

Brighton-Le-Sands NSW 2216: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Application Question(s):
Must be comfortable working on their feet behind the bar for most of their shift, preparing drinks, cutting fruit and assisting with daily bar duties while maintaining a positive attitude, efficiency and attention to detail.
