Silverchain in Ngunnawal and surrounding suburbs is seeking a Home Care Worker to help older clients remain independent at home. You will provide practical home help, transport for activities and social support, with a focus on compassionate, secure care.

Applicants should have 3–6 months in aged care, a current Australian driver’s licence and an insured vehicle; training prospects, including Cert III, are supported.
