Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Site & Operations Manager for our Sale Community Mental Health Team on a permanent full time basis. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care across Gippsland.

The role partners with Clinical Leads and senior leaders to ensure clinical governance, workforce capability, and high-quality service delivery while building solid community and consumer partnerships.
