Enero is seeking a commercially minded Head of People & Culture to partner with our agency CEOs across three Australian agencies. Based in Sydney, you will balance hands‑on operational delivery with strategic leadership to drive transformation over a contract of up to 12 months.

You will design org design, workforce planning, performance and culture programs, lead a small P&C; team, and champion DEI, wellbeing and AI-enabled change across onshore and offshore teams.
