Accept Care is seeking an experienced NDIS Relationship Partner to coordinate supports and build long-term relationships with participants across Adelaide. You’ll manage the participant journey from enquiry to ongoing service coordination, working with our team to deliver reliable, person-centred care.
This role offers a hybrid working model with flexibility for up to two days per week remote and regular travel across metropolitan Adelaide to meet participants in their homes.
