EVT is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Rydges Melbourne, a 4.5-star hotel in the East End Theatre District. You will lead the day-to-day maintenance operations, manage a team and contractors, and ensure safety and compliance across the property.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you will drive preventive maintenance, budget oversight, and service quality, while delivering reliable infrastructure and guest satisfaction at a premier Melbourne hotel.
