NSW Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager Level 1 to lead the ICU at Northern Beaches Hospital. You will provide strong clinical and operational leadership, supporting and developing the nursing team to deliver exceptional, secure and compassionate care in a up-to-date facility.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, champion high standards of patient safety, collaborate with medical staff and drive continuous improvement in a busy intensive care workplace.
