We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Echuca boutique. You will be the primary person running the store, with ongoing support, mentoring and guidance from the business owners. This full-time position operates Tuesday to Saturday, with reduced Saturday trading hours to support a healthy work-life balance. No public holiday work is required.

Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the boutique
Provide outstanding customer service and styling advice
Drive sales and store performance
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards
Manage stock control and inventory
Handle store administration and daily reporting
Create a welcoming and enjoyable customer experience
