Are you an experienced Receptionist, Administrator or Office Support skilled looking for your next temporary prospect? Drake International is currently looking to connect with reliable and professional administration candidates for a range of short-term and temporary assignments across Canberra.

What You May Be Doing

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:
Front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing general email and office enquiries
Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments
Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
Data entry and document management
Supporting the wider office and management team with ad hoc tasks

About You

We'd love to hear from candidates who have:
Previous reception, administration or office support experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
A professional and friendly approach
Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office
The ability to quickly adapt to new teams and working environments




Reliability and a willingness to undertake short-term assignments
Experience within corporate, professional services or customer-facing environments would be highly regarded.
