Medical Receptionist – Leadership Opportunity

Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist ready to take the next step in your career and enjoy coming to work?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid Best Practice experience, excellent organisational skills and a genuine interest in developing their career within medical practice management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in their reception skills and is looking to step into a leadership role in the near future.You will be responsible for providing a high standard of patient service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will work closely with our doctors and team and have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as your skills and confidence develop.

About you
Previous medical reception experience
Strong Best Practice software experience
Confident handling a busy medical reception
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised, reliable and able to multitask
Skilled and positive approach
Can work well both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility
Interested in progressing into a leadership/management position
A supportive and friendly team environment
