What we offer:
$1,000 sign-on bonus for full time recent hires starting in October 2026 or November 2026*
Base salary ranges from $80,500 - $85,000 + Super

What you will bring:
Previous experience in a management role within hospitality
Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications




Robust leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
A hands-on, community-first approach to service and guest experience
Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
