Coda Bar and Restaurant on Flinders Lane, Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee bar operations. You will craft and refresh the seasonal cocktail menu, help manage the wine and spirit list, and ensure exceptional guest service.

You will build solid supplier relationships, monitor costs and wage targets, train staff, engage with guests, and support floor during busy periods.
