UPA Aged Care Solutions in Grafton NSW is seeking an experienced and inspiring full time Clinical Manager/Educator to join Rathgar in Grafton. This role blends hands-on nursing with clinical leadership and education in a residential care setting.

You will work four morning shifts as a Registered Nurse on the floor and one day weekly in the Clinical Manager/Educator role, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while mentoring staff for excellence across care delivery.
