Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr./II Clinical Research Associate to support monitoring across Melbourne. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (in office or remote) ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and data integrity.

You will verify informed consent, manage IP inventory, review ISF and TMF, and communicate with site staff and sponsors. Travel up to 75% is expected; robust communication is essential.
